Entry of purchase invoices and processing of bank mutations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Checking cost and revenue accounts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Preparing monthly reports and carrying out reconciliations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Monitoring and follow-up of debtors<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Processing general administrative tasks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Liaising with suppliers and customers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Support other work that contributes to a streamlined financial operation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
A completed administrative education at at least MBO 4 level<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Preferably experience in a similar position, but motivated starters are also welcome<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Analytical ability and experience with MS Office and accounting software such as Exact or E Accounting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Knowledge of XPS Logic is an advantage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Excellent command of the Dutch language and preferably also English<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
You are sociable, communicatively strong and switch easily between different tasks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
You work accurately and have a proactive attitude<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
