The challenge
Fabrique des Lumières does not just open exhibitions; they are total experiences that demand sophistication, perfection and atmosphere. For both the official opening and the exhibition launches, several parties had to be served simultaneously, without it losing its magic anywhere.
The implementation
Showpony provided the full team for hosts, wardrobe and hospitality during the opening night, both for Fabrique itself and its affiliated catering partners. At the Dutch Masters exhibition, we provided an extra layer of experience: our Showponies appeared as the Girl with the Pearl Earring, a guard from the Night Watch and a lively interpretation of Van Gogh's Starry Night. These characters walked among the VIPs, interacted with guests and allowed the projections to become almost tangible. All completely on brand, completely in style.
The result
The opening nights were warmly received and set the tone for a long-term collaboration. Fabrique des Lumières gained a team that took their art concept to the next level, while guests received an experience that seamlessly matched the magic of the exhibitions. A perfect match between art and hospitality.
