Are you social, creative and someone who gets energy from connecting people Showpony is looking for a Community Manager to grow, strengthen and keep our local communities in Antwerp or Eindhoven vibrant. You will work with the nicest flex workers in the creative industry and have a key role in building our local Showpony family.

About Showpony

Showpony is a People Agency for genuine, creative and outgoing talents. We work for well-known brands and companies on events, brand activations, fashion shows, photo shoots, films and commercials. Not a traditional temp agency, but a creative agency with roots in film, TV, music and events. Our community is the heart of who we are.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a strong, engaged and inclusive community

  • Implementing community building strategies

  • Organising team-building activities, training courses and local events

  • Being first point of contact for flex workers and local clients

  • Conduct monthly intake interviews with new Show pony candidates

  • Building and managing the local work pool

  • Active recruitment of new Show ponies

  • Connecting flex workers and jobs in cooperation with Amsterdam headquarters

  • Working independently with remote control

Who we are looking for

  • Extraverted, ultra-social personality

  • Experience in community management or similar role

  • Strong organisational skills and good time management

  • Proactive, detail-oriented and independent

  • Good communication skills and relationship management

  • Fluent English

  • You live in or near Antwerp or Eindhoven

  • Enthusiasm, energy and a caring attitude towards the community

What we offer

Practical information

Location: Showpony office in the centre of Antwerp or Eindhoven
Employment: part-time
Hours: 8 to 12 hours a week, with possible expansion as the community grows
Salary: From €1000 per month, excluding bonuses
Start date: 1 June 2026
Form of contract: Initially freelance, with an option for salaried employment
