The challenge
How do you activate a national campaign at street level without losing the energy? By combining sportsmanship, humour and recognisability in every contact moment. SportCity wanted to be visible, approachable and fun during the busy election period.
The implementation
Showpony deployed a fit and representative promo team that toured all over the Netherlands for a month. Our teams drove in striking yellow SportCity cars, handed out flyers and bananas, spoke to people and gave the campaign a human face. With humour, energy and a good dose of sporty vibe, we brought the message to life in 20 cities, exactly as SportCity had envisioned.
The result
The campaign was widely noticed, appreciated and most importantly: felt. SportCity gained street visibility, energy in the community and direct activation around their September offers. A campaign that showed exactly how powerful a clever creative can be when Showpony brings it to life.
