How do I download the application?
You need to download the app via showpony.nl/login.
What is a registration email?
Before you can start using the Showpony Fleks app, you will receive an email to register. Read the email carefully and click on the link that is attached. You can now create your Showpony account and then log in to the app.
I did not receive a registration email?
It is possible that the email ended up in your spam inbox. If you do not find the email in your spam either, email office@showpony.nl with your full first and last name to have a new email sent to you.
How do I log in?
You can log in with the login details that you created during the registration process. You can download the app via showpony.nl/login. If you do not know your login details, send an email to Office@showpony.nl
I do not see a login button after entering my login details?
It is possible that your keyboard is blocking the login button. Click anywhere on the screen and the keyboard will disappear. You can now log in by clicking the designated button.
Change email address
In the Showpony Fleks app you can change your email address. Follow these steps:
- Go to More in the menu
- Choose Profile
- Click on Email
Change the email address and choose Confirm
I forgot my password? Two ways to get you back on track!
- If you cannot log into the app because you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password. Open the application and follow the instructions: ‘Forgot your password? Click here.’ You will receive a link in your email to reset your password.
- You can request your password by sending an email to office@showpony.nl with your full first and last name. The office manager can send you a link to reset your password.
How can I register for Shifts?
When you open the Fleks app, go to Open jobs in the menu (the bar at the bottom of the screen with icons). This shows all available Shifts that you can register for.
Where can I see my Shifts?
In the My jobs section of the menu, you will find all the Shifts that you have registered for. You can also see the status of the Shift: awaiting confirmation from your employer, approved, cancelled. You can also click on the Shift for more detailed information.
How do I submit my availability?
You can submit your availability via the calendar in the app. Start by clicking on the Adjust availability button. You can now submit your availability per day or multiple days at once. You can indicate whether or not you are available on one whole day or certain time slots.
How do I submit my availability for night shifts?
- Indicate the start time of the Shift until midnight.
- Indicate the next day from midnight until the end time of the Shift.
I don't see any Shifts to register for?
If you don’t see any available Shifts under Open jobs, it is possible that there are no Shifts available at the moment. It is also possible that the specifications in your profile are not correct. Consult your planner and/or employer for this. When you are done, you must close with Confirm change.
Can I cancel my Shifts?
If you have registered for a Shifts and it has not yet been accepted by your employer, you can cancel the Shifts yourself in My jobs. If we have already accepted your registered Shifts and you want to cancel it, you must contact the project manager!
What do the colors (dots per Shift) mean in [My jobs]?
Green: the registration for the Shift has been approved. You can now start the workflow.
Yellow: your registration for the Shifts is awaiting confirmation from your employer.
Red: the workflow has not yet been completed. Continue with the next step within the workflow.
Gray: the Shifts has been cancelled.
Where can I find my worked Shifts?
You can find your past Shifts in the menu under More and then Work history. You will see all Shifts that have been fully completed here. If you have not yet completed the workflow of a Shift, it will remain under My jobs.
What happens if my Shifts cancelled?
If the Shift is cancelled, or the Shift is given to another candidate, you will be notified by email.
